Holiday Soaps Are Here!   Swirls of red in the peppermint and green in the spruce create festive soaps for the holidays!    If you are thinking of gifts that smell like winter, you may also wish to consider Gin-Cinn, Oats & Honey, or Vanilla Sugar Scrub.   Happy Holidays from the Soap Lady!

Soap: Bars of soap are cut by hand and vary in size, but are approximately 4oz.   They are roughly 3.5  x 2.5 x .75.   All bars of soap, regardless of scent, are $5.00.   Essential oils, unlike fragrance oils, have aromotherapy properties which affect the mind and body.   The brief description of the soaps include these properties.

Sachets:   Sachets come in all available soap scents.   Soaps are hand carved, and the shavings fill large tea bags measuring approx 3 x 3.5 and filled with up to 1.5 ounces of soap.   These can be placed in drawers or linen closets (the darker the place the longer the scent will last).   They can also be used to soften and scent bath water.   Cost is $3.00 each.

Sprays:   Room sprays are made with glycerin and distilled water.   They can be used to scent rooms, linens, body, car, you name it.   They are 4oz bottles and cost $5.00.   Please add $1.00 for patchouli, rosewood, bay rum, and ylang ylang.

Dead Sea Salt: Organic, unrefinied, 8oz of dead sea salt perfect for spooning into your tub and relaxing in the richness of the minerals imparted to your body!   Chose your scent!   You can also take a bit of this salt, add olive oil, and use as a scrub.   $8.00.

Reed Diffusers:   4oz amber bottles are used to create reed diffusers made to your scent specifications.   Carrier oil is DPG (dypropline glysol) which is a non-toxic synthetic oil and used for its long lasting properties.   Choose your scent, $6.00. (will be available in on line store very soon)

Roll On Perfume:   .5oz roll on bottle of essential oil & jojoba oil is perfect for use as perfume.    Jojoba oil is not an oil, but a natural wax, will not go rancid, and will last a very long time. Perfume is $5.00. Suggested scents are bay rum, gin-cinn, lavender, patchouli, patchouli clove, rosewood or ylang ylang but you can mix and match any oils you wish for your own signature scent!

Essential Oil:   15ml bottles of essential oils available in all scents for just $5. Please add $1 for patchouli, bay rum, rosewood and ylang ylang.

Soap Dishes:   wooden soap dishes for $5.00 and made by Mark Noll of Mark Noll Designs, Inc. Mark is a gifted artist and a good friend. He crafts these from one piece of fragrant cedar, which holds up well in water.   These soap dishes are designed especially for hand crafted soaps so that they drain properly and will not become 'mushy'.

Available Scents:

Bay Rum ~ Delight:   Bay rum oil was very popular with the Romans, who viewed it as a symbol of wisdom, peace and protection.   Its properties are said to cause delight in one's mood. The scent is sweet, fresh and spicy and is widely used in aftershave and colognes.   Our Bay Rum Delight contains oatmeal and dead sea salt as exfoliants, which provides the skin with countless minerals.

Basil ~ Clarity:    Blended herbs, primarily containing basil, is very sweet.   Basil is great for clarity, and is also an aphrodisiac, so it is no wonder that it is Italy's most popular herb!   It may sound a little strange to use basil on one's skin, but it truly has a sweet scent that I promise will not leave you feeling like you are a spaghetti dish!   This one has oats & basil from my garden as exfoliants.

Chai ~ Calming: Reminiscent of chai tea, the oils used in this soap may have you running to your nearest Starbucks for a hot chai! Smells really great, and is one of our biggest sellers.

Cedarwood ~ Chillax!: This is a blended scent mixed with cypress and is well suited for men.   Cypress is said to reduce aggression.   (Temporarily out of stock)

Citronella: This proprietary blend contains oils that bugs don't like including misquitos, gnats and fleas. This soap is great for outdoorsy folks and pets. The spray is a great instant bug repellent. I use the jojoba oil blend (found under perfumes0 on all of my pets. Pennyroyal can be harmful to pregnant beings, so use with caution. (Does not contain Bentonite Clay or Dead Sea Salt)

Coconut Lime ~ Beach Bum Revival: Great fresh scented soap. One complaint about this is that the coconut smell doesn't come through. That's because coconut scent is a fragrance oil, which is synthetic. This soap smells like lime, with a hint of milky coconut (great for skin), and has fresh coconut shavings as exfolliant. Also contains aloe, so is great for sunburn. Lime is amazing for the skin and wakes you up!

Eucalyptus ~ Breathe: After makings lots of blends including eucalyptus, we have come to the conclusion that nature makes the best eucalyptus scent there is and so we don't blend this one. This is a really strong, great scent. Eucalyptus has been long used for respiratory issues.   Exfoliant contains oats and eucalyptus leaves.  Consider the spray for insect control around the house.

Gin-Cinn:   The blend of ginger and cinnamon not only has an amazing aroma, but it is also a stabilizing calming blend sure to create a balance in the mood. The scent of this soap is rather strong, and it is one of our bigger sellers.

Ginger Citrus ~ Stable: Citrus us blended with ginger to create a nice musky scent with a hint of sweetness. This one was formulated based on a customer's wishes, and we love your suggestions!    Ginger stabilizes and strengthens one's constitution, is well known for its positive affects on nausea.   This blend uses oats and citrus peel as exfoliants. (Does not contain bentonite clay or dead sea salt)

Ginger Tea Tree ~ Strength:    As described above, ginger is great for strengthening and stabilizing.   Tea tree is an anti-bacterial oil, is great for infections and dirt and grime.   Married, these two oils produce a rather pleasant pungent smell that seems to attract many men.   The exfoliant is green tea and oats.   (Does not contain bentonite clay or dead sea salt)

Grapefruit ~ Uplifting: Grapefruit is great for the skin! This is blended with sage as advised by a customer and it smells wonderful. Grapefruit oil has uplifting properties.   Exfoliation is oats and grapefruit peel.

Herb Garden: This is a delicious kitchen soap with blends of rosemary, basil, lemongrass and spearmint.   I use rosemary & basil right from my garden, and this year will contain the lemon balm I just planted for the upcoming season.   (Does not contain bentonite clay or dead sea salt)

Lavender ~ Peaceful Abiding: WOW ... 100% lavender goodness. Close your eyes and you are in France running through purple fields. This one flies off the shelf!   Lavender is known for its calming qualities. Exfoliation is lavender flowers, oats and this soap contains bentonite clay, which is great for drawing toxins up and out of the skin. Lavender is really great for acne too.

Lemongrass ~ Enliven : This is a bold scent, very fresh, and very lemony! Yum!! A huge seller, and the color is such a pretty yellow.   Bentonite clay draws toxins out of the body, and oats and lemon peel exfoliate the skin.

Oats & Honey ~ Gentle: This one is super great for ultra sensitive skin, babies, or anyone who loves lots of lather and sweetness without additional scent.

Orange Blossom ~ Restful: Get your orange blossom scent from where they grow! Great gift from Florida for your friends back home! Yum!!   Orange oil is said to aid in sleeping.   Exfoliants are oats and orange peel.

Orangouli ~ Restful Grounding:     Can't decide? This is a delightful blend of orange and patchouli.   A earthy scent with uplifting citrus is the perfect balance.

Patchouli ~ Grounding: This very earthy scent holds memories from decades past! Peace out!   Patchouoli is said to be balancing, grounding, and it is also an aphrodisiac, which may have prompted all that Free Love back in the day!   This soap contains bentonite clay to lift toxins from the skin, rosebuds and oats for exfoliation.

Patchouli Clove:   Clove adds a delicious lift to the patchouli.

Peppermint ~ Invigorating: Blended with tea tree, this is a very strong astringent soap. The peppermint is so strong, the tea tree is barely noticeable. Really great cleansing bar, and the peppermint really wakes you up!   Contains oats and peppermint leaves for exfoliation.

Rosemary Remembers: Another wonderful kitchen soap, rosemary smells so fresh and clean. Rosemary is known for its ability to enhance the memory.   This soap contains rosemary from my garden and oats for exfoliation.

Rosewood ~ Harmony: Here is a blended favorite containing rosewood, patchouli and lavender. WOW! People really love this scent. I’m sure you will too!!   It has a spa quality to it. Rosewood and patchouli are both asphrodisiac scents as well.   Rosewood promotes harmony, which is good for the soul!   This soap contains oats and dead sea salt for exfolation and minerals.   It also has a bit of mica powder to create a rosy color

Sage ~ Anti-Depressant:   Clary sage is blended with patchouli and lavender to create an earthy scent enjoyed by both men and women.   Patchouli and lavender are great for acne and exema.   Sage is known to lift the mood.

Shea - Purely Anna: This fast selling soap was inspired by my niece.   Anna's skin is not only sensitive, she suffers from eczema.  Purely Anna Shea Soap is made of (saponified) 55% shea butter, olive oil, and coconut oil, and that is all.   It is perfect for sensitive skin and babies.   Get some while in stock, because they sell out fast.

Spearmint ~ Present : Attention kids of all ages … you can’t miss with this soap! Can’t get a child to wash? Try this soap which is reminiscent of chewing gum. Seriously, kids can’t resist this soap (mine included).   Order Toy ~ Spearmint, and your child/ren will be rewarded for washing with a toy embedded in the soap.    Because teens like this soap too, I have put bentonite clay in it which is great for acne as it lifts toxins out of the skin. Also contains spearmint leaves and oats for exfoliation.

Spearmint Eucalyptus ~ Awareness:    This blend was prompted by a customer when Bed,Bath & Beyond discontinued her favorite product.   We were happy to oblige her request with this blend that has fast become one of our favorites.

Spruce ~ Alert: This is a great scent, akin to pine and just amazing! Truly a great scent for men and women, but men do like it best!   Spruce is very good for mental fatigue.   This soap has bentonite clay for removing toxins, and oats as an exfoliant. (Does not contain bentonite clay or dead sea salt)

Ylang Ylang ~ Amorous: This is a flowery scent and is known for its aphrodisiac properties. This proprietary blend consists of ylang ylang, lavender and grapefruit, and is definitely one of my favorites!    Oats and yellow flowers are available when I'm making this soap are used for exfolation and color.   Bentonite clay lifts toxins up and out of skin.   (Does not contain bentonite clay or dead sea salt)

Zen ~ Awake: This is a best seller and contains lemongrass and spearmint, both of which are uplifting oils.   Zen contained spearmint leaves and oats for exfoliation, and bentonite clay for removing toxins from the body.
